- First you need to open my computer.
- then in second step. You will find organize. Click on it and its will show drop down menu.
- in this drop down menu you will need to click on ( folder and search option ) click on it to open this.
- when you click on search and folder option then some window tip box will appear. in this box you will find view on the second tab. Click on to open.
- now if you want to show the extension the simply make green cycle on iy by click on it and if you want to hide it then remove the green cycle from it.
