4. now you can see the new window which will pop up after clicking on Add to Archive option. now here you need to choose the name of the File you can see the box which is giving for Archive Name.
5. While creating a Archive file remember to choose the .rar or .zip format .zip is not much necessary But .rar is perfect for compress and reduce most size. so I suggest you to choose it.
6. After choosing Formats you can see in the bottom there is the option which is Compression method. there is Six compression method which is Store, Fastest, Fast, Normal, Good and Best fastest method means that its compress slowly but fast its means its reduce not much size but increase the speed to decompress it. I suggest you to choose the Normal method of compression it will reduce the average size and the decompressing speed will be good.
7. In last you see the empty Box saying Split to volume, Bytes here you just need to select the value which are bytes, kilobytes, megabyte, Gigabytes you can see I select the mega bytes which is near 95 MB.
now you done just click on OK and you make the file in rar format with low size.
